An educator rooted in his hometown of Union City, New Jersey, Gonzalez works with high school students locally and across the state, while also serving as an adjunct professor for graduate students pursuing master\u2019s degrees in education. Beyond the classroom, he has built a successful career as a motivational speaker and founded a community-based youth initiative.
