Cali School of Music<\/a>,\u00a0and the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Chorale\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nj.com\/entertainment\/2023\/04\/guest-conductor-makes-debut-with-nj-symphony-leads-rich-spring-program-review.html\">were lauded in this NJ.com review<\/a>\u00a0for their performance in the New Jersey Symphony spring concert at NJPAC.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Buchanan conducts both mixed-voice curricular choirs, MSU Chorale (symphonic choir), and the MSU\u2019s flagship choir University Singers, and two extra-curricular project choirs, Vocal Accord and Prima Voce (SSAA). Choirs under her direction have earned critical acclaim for their \u201cheartfelt conviction,\u201d \u201cvibrant sound,\u201d \u201cgrace and precision,\u201d being a \u201cmarvel of diction, tuning and rhythm, \u201cimpeccable dynamics and diction,\u201d \u201celoquence,\u201d \u201cnew-minted enthusiasm and vibrancy,\u201d and for singing with the \u201ccrispness and dexterity of a professional choir.\u201d Her collaborative partner is pianist Steven W.
