Communities Organizing for Prevention and Empowerment (Project COPE)<\/a>
\nWith a five-year federal grant given to Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ\u2019s Department of Family and Child Studies, Project COPE works to prevent substance abuse and the spread of HIV among African American and Latino youth in Paterson, NJ.<\/p>\n
