Present Memories: On the Politics of Image-making (Tour)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

The Inserra Chair is pleased to offer a visit to Magazzino Italian Art, a center located in Cold Spring that hosts a unique collection of Arte Povera and regular cultural events about Italian contemporary art. On Feb. 25th, Magazzino will present Present Memories: On the Politics of Image-making<\/em><\/strong>,<\/em> the fourth iteration of Pensiero Plurale<\/em><\/a>, a series of programs curated by Ilaria Conti<\/a> focused on issues of cultural and social justice, intersectional thinking, and the arts across Italy and the United States. The program will feature a morning conversation between artist Dawit L. Petros<\/a> and scholar Teresa Fiore<\/a> and an afternoon session with curator Mistura Allison. The program is introduced and moderated by Ilaria Conti.<\/p>\n

The program is organized and sponsored by Magazzino Italian Art<\/strong><\/a> with the partnership of the Inserra Endowed Chair\u00a0<\/a>for the dedicated tour.<\/p>\n
