Over the last few months, Mac users<\/strong> have been reporting issues when printing to networked printers after Information Technology has updated our servers to the latest patches. We have rolled back these updates in order to continue to allow printing while we worked on a solution.\u00a0 We have resolved this issue by expanding the current use of PaperCut through the introduction of Print Deploy<\/strong>, which allows PaperCut to handle all printer related access and printer traffic, regardless of OS updates. Unfortunately, this change requires Mac users to install new drivers on their university owned and managed computers.<\/p>\n
