What makes that progress meaningful is not just what we achieve, but how we achieve it: through the dedication, creativity and collaboration of our people.<\/p>\n<p>It is in that spirit that I am pleased to announce this year\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/president\/presidential-excellence-awards\/?utm_medium=email&amp;utm_source=off_of_pres&amp;utm_content=may_04_2025&amp;utm_campaign=announcing_RHRD_2026\">Presidential Excellence Award winners<\/a> and urge you to participate in our second annual Red Hawk Recognition Day on June 10.<\/p>\n<p>What began last year as a new tradition is quickly becoming an important moment for our University to come together and recognize the individuals whose work sustains and advances our mission.<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"Video: Celebrating the Inaugural Red Hawk Recognition Day: Honoring Excellence. I encourage you to visit the Office of the President website to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/president\/presidential-excellence-awards\/?utm_medium=email&amp;utm_source=off_of_pres&amp;utm_content=may_04_2025&amp;utm_campaign=announcing_RHRD_2026\">view this year\u2019s Excellence Award recipients<\/a> and learn more about their contributions.<\/p>\n<p>We will also gather for an Employee Mixer hosted by the Office of Inclusive Excellence, <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLScPgzgWCSJ6ZMcVpm80K0zHgTZaDAI8HC6-tN9DvsCQpsIcJA\/viewform\">\u201cMeet me at Recess\u201d<\/a> from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m. at locations across campus. This event offers a chance to connect with one another through activities taught by fellow community members.
