About Out ĢƵ
is a non-profit organization that was created to raise awareness and provide support and solidarity for the LGBTQIA+ community of ĢƵ and surrounding areas. Their mission is building community for people who are marginalized, to create safe spaces so no one feels alone, recognizing how the LGBTQIA+ are targeted for violence and to build capacity through knowledge, resources and in-person advocacy.
In 2022, Out ĢƵ hosted the city of ĢƵ’s very first Pride Festival, drawing unprecedented support from over 18,000 community members and securing sponsorship from hundreds of local vendors, including ĢƵ. Since then, attendance has continued to grow each year. In 2025, the festival welcomed more than 30,000 participants—and we’re expecting another incredible turnout this year!
