Publisher<\/em><\/a> that serves as a beginner\u2019s guide to image generation with AI tool DALL-E 3.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dunja Trunk<\/strong> (Psychology, Bloomfield) contributed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facultyfocus.com\/articles\/effective-classroom-management\/extra-credit-in-college-courses-blessing-or-curse-weighing-the-pros-and-cons\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">a piece to Faculty Focus<\/a> about extra credit.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Jason Williams<\/strong> (Justice Studies) is quoted in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.northjersey.com\/story\/news\/paterson-press\/2023\/11\/01\/paterson-nj-shooting-decline-is-an-outlier-in-new-jersey\/71385562007\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">this NorthJersey.com article<\/a> about gun violence data in the city of Paterson.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Iris DiMaio<\/strong> (Strategic Partnerships and Community Engagement, CEEL) is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.northjersey.com\/story\/news\/passaic\/wayne\/2023\/11\/02\/montclair-state-wayne-schools-deal-fix-nj-teacher-shortage\/71392466007\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">quoted in this NorthJersey.com article<\/a> about the apprenticeship agreement between the University and the Wayne, New Jersey, school district.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Upcoming Events<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Winter Commencement<\/strong> will take place at 10 a.m. on Monday, January 8, 2024, at Prudential Center in Newark. Advanced registration is required for all faculty and staff attending Commencement, whether volunteering or participating in the academic processional. Registration will close on Monday, December 4, 2023.
