Copies of criminal and non-criminal investigation reports and\/or other incidents reported to the Police Department may be obtained through the Records Bureau between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). The Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ Police Department is governed by the provisions of the Open Public Records Act (OPRA) and will disseminate reports and other relevant statistics in accordance with these guidelines.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<div class=\"prpl-drawer\"><div class=\"prpl-drawer-header\">Request Motor Vehicle Crash Reports<\/div><div class=\"prpl-drawer-content\">\n<p>Crash\/accident reports can now be obtained online by visiting <a href=\"http:\/\/CrashDocs.org\">crashdocs.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please Note:<\/strong> Reports are typically ready for release 5\u20137 days after the incident.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"prpl-drawer\"><div class=\"prpl-drawer-header\">Request Police Report<\/div><div class=\"prpl-drawer-content\">\n<p>Please forward the completed form, signed and dated, to the Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ Police Department Records Bureau online at <a href=\"mailto:records@montclair.edu\">records@montclair.edu<\/a>. The form can also be filled out and submitted in person. You will be required to attach a photo ID when completing the form. Please be advised, reports cannot be released without proper identification. If the item is located, you will be contacted. You may also check the <a rel=\"noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/montclair.app.pixithq.com\/public\/#\/lost-found\/items\" target=\"_blank\">Student Center Lost and Found Inventory<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>If you find unattended property, promptly contact University Police at <a href=\"tel:973-655-5222\">973-655-5222<\/a>, or bring the property to Police Headquarters or the Student Center Information Desk. The Police Department cannot accept items of clothing or food.<\/p>\n<p>Recovered items may be picked up (with proper identification) at the Police Substation in Abbott and Costello Hall, First Floor, The Village at Little Falls.
