The MBA Leadership Fellows Program is a selective leadership and career development experience designed to help MBA students build meaningful connections, gain career clarity, and strengthen their leadership skills through guided mentorship and peer engagement. Students will participate in curated leadership cohorts facilitated by two experienced mentors who will lead discussions focused on career growth, decision-making, leadership development, and professional exploration. This model allows students to learn not only from mentors, but also from the experiences and perspectives of their peers. Throughout the program, fellows will develop greater self-awareness, expand their professional network, and gain practical insight into navigating today’s evolving business landscape.
Participation is limited to only a certain number of applicants to maintain a high-quality and engaging experience, making this a highly personalized and exclusive opportunity for MBA students who are committed to their personal and professional growth. You will be required to attend the in person Kick-Off event on Thursday, September 17th, 3:00pm-6:30pm.
Space is limited and applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Students who successfully complete the program requirements, including active participation in 8–10 sessions and required program events, will be awarded a Certificate of Completion in the MBA Leadership Fellows Program.
Applications for the 2026-2027 academic year will officially open on August 1st. to apply.
Applications will close on Friday, August 28th.
